Cream of mushroom soup
This cream drives me crazy, before they tell me "thats not diet, or that has a lot of calories" which is not necessarily the case. Remember that here I publish dietary and/or healthy recipes, divine and natural recipes. If you want a particular goal, you must attend a face-to-face or online nutritional consultation, that is another thing -Ingredients: 1 onion 400 g of mushrooms 1 sprig of parsley 1 tablespoons olive oil 1 liter of skim milk ½ cup ricotta Salt and pepper -Preparation: Wash and cut the onion, parsley and mushrooms. In a pot, fry the onion for 3 or 4 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Spice up. Add the milk and stir until it boils. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add the ricotta with the parsley and mix. Process in blender Season. Serve hot and enjoy. For 4-6 People
