Spinach and fruit salad
-Ingredients: 4 cups baby spinach 1 tomato 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds 1 red/green apple or 2 tangerines 1/2 cup walnuts, peeled and halved (optional) Vinegar dressing, olive oil, pepper. -Preparation: Wash, disinfect and drain the spinach. Put them in a salad bowl. Cut the apples into thin slices. Or peel and slice the tangerines. Cut the tomato into quarters. Arrange the apple slices or tangerine segments, the tomato, the pomegranate seeds and the walnuts on top of the spinach. When serving, add a splash of the dressing. SWEET, DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING SALAD FOR LUNCH
