Shrimp ceviche
Refreshing and different lunch or dinner! -Ingredients: 700 gr of peeled raw shrimp 1 cup of avocado ⅓ cup red bell pepper ⅓ cup lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion ¼ cup fresh orange juice 3 tbsp coriander 1 tbsp chili Salt and pepper -Preparation: Cook the shrimp in a pot with plenty of boiling water for 2 minutes, until they turn color, and set aside. Wash and chop into small pieces: the paprika, the onion, the coriander and the chili. Peel and dice the avocado. Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to incorporate the flavors. Add lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir and reserve. Serve in glasses and decorate with coriander leaves or lemon slices, Divine and healthy!
