Blueberry ice cream (cranberries) Yummy weekend invention! In addition to knowing that blueberries help us a lot for the health of our urinary tract! Ingredients: 300 grams of blueberries (cranberries) 1 cup of lemon juice. 300 grams of natural Greek yogurt. Sweetener to taste (preferably stevia). Preparation: Wash the blueberries. Reserve 1/3 of these. In a bowl, place the blueberries, add the lemon and yogurt. Stir. Process the mixture in a blender. Add the reserved blueberries. Stir. Taste and sweeten to taste. Place in a fountain or bowl and place in the freezer for a couple of hours or until it takes the consistency of ice cream. Serve and enjoy a healthy ice cream, you can also decorate with blueberries.
