Mozzarella cheese with dried tomatoes
Ingredients (6 to 8 people): 2 large mozzarella cheeses or 4 small cheeses. 1 jar of dried tomato in oregano. one Jar of green olives. 1 Tbsp. whole dried oregano or 2 tbsp. of fresh oregano. 1/4 Cup of olive oil. Salt and freshly ground pepper. Cassava squares. Preparation: Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices, chop the dried tomatoes into strips and chop the green olives into small pieces. Mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper and oregano in a bowl. Top the mozzarella cheese with the tomatoes and olives. Let marinate for a few hours in the fridge. Serve as an appetizer with casabitos.
