Healthy cachapas
Venezuelan who respects himself: EAT CACHAPA!! And for those who havent tried them... TRY IT!! They are from beyond!! They will use the following ingredients: 1 can of corn in cream. 4 tablespoons of precooked cornmeal. 1 tablespoon of oatmeal flakes. 3 whole eggs. 2 sachets of stevia. Pinch of salt. They prepare it like a pancake and it turns out approx. 6 units!!! You can put a few slices of white cheese (low fat and sodium) on top and ENJOY!!!
