Zucchini chips

Ingredients: Zucchini or courgette. Parmesan (optional). Sea salt, oregano. baking paper Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. The thinner they are, the faster and richer they will toast in the oven. We put them in a row in the mold, on the paper so that they do not stick. Add the sea salt, the Parmesan and a little pepper (if you like a spicy touch) and oregano. We leave in the oven 20-25 minutes, it depends on each oven, you have to be aware! and we wait for them to brown. They work perfect as a snack, or to accompany lunch or dinner with your good salad.
