Ratatouille recipe

Ingredients: 1 red bell pepper. 1 yellow bell pepper. 2 courgettes. 2 eggplants. 1 onion. 2 cloves of garlic. 600 grams of tomatoes. 1 handful of fresh basil. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Salt, pepper and oregano. Preparation: Wash and peel all ingredients, as needed. Cut the peppers into large squares. Chop the courgettes, garlic, onion, tomatoes and aubergines into thin slices. In a frying pan, roast the peppers, courgettes and aubergines with olive oil. Add the onion and garlic. Stir frequently until all the vegetables are cooked. Finally add the tomatoes and basil, mix and cook. Season with salt, oregano and pepper.
