Chia pudding
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Almond milk 100 ml Fruits to taste (berries / papaya / pineapple) 1 scoop of some vegan protein powder (if you want to add more protein) Preparation: Before going to bed, we put the chia seeds in a glass, and place the milk already mixed with the protein on top, stirring to mix. Cover the glass with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning we take it out of the fridge, chop up some fruit, put it on top and thats it!
