Defatted consomme: a vital weapon against anxiety

If you like consommé, dont hesitate to include it in your meal plans, because of how useful and nutritious it is: dense in nutrients and not very dense in calories. Ideal to kill cravings or anxiety, quench thirst and to eat before any main course. -If you defat it and take it without added tubers or noodles, you can consume it at any time of the day and in any quantity! It is best to consume it freshly made to take full advantage of the nutrients, however, if you are short on time during the week, make a large pan and leave it in the fridge for the next few days. -Here is the recipe for this: - To a pot with water you add: onion, garlic, paprika, celery leaves, joint garlic (including leaves), chives, cilantro, yerba good, chicken bones, a little salt. -Let cook over low heat for an hour to an hour and a half. -To degrease, wait for it to cool down a bit and a layer of fat forms on top, remove it with a spoon.
