Tortilla with spinach and lettuce
Recipe for 2-3 people: Ingredients: 5 eggs 1 cup of tender lettuce 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 cups baby spinach 2 garlic cloves finely minced 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat a skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil and cook the garlic and onion until they are transparent. Add the spinach and baby lettuce. Cook 2 minutes or until soft. Season and reserve. In the same pan add the beaten eggs and season. Bake for 5 minutes or until cooked through or cook on the burner over very low heat. LETS GO LETS GO!!! Good morning day!!!
