Spinach arepas

Divine to change the routine and to include vegetables in the diet of the smallest of the house in a fun way! -Ingredients: ⅓ cup of cornmeal ⅓ cup rolled oats 1 handful of fresh spinach, well washed ½ cup of water. -Preparation: Mix cornmeal, oatmeal and salt. Blend the water and spinach separately and then add to the previous dry mixture. Knead well, until obtaining a homogeneous and compact consistency. Shape the arepas. Brown them in a skillet over medium-low heat, 7 minutes on each side. When they are ready, open them and fill them to taste (my favorite: low-salt white cheese and avocado, or shredded chicken: YUMMY!!). EYE: if you are in Miami, you can also buy them at @lamargaritawonderfood already made delicious!! CLEVER!! LETS GO HEALTH LOVERS!!
