Cambur bread with almond flour, blueberries and raisins
Ingredients: 2 complete bananas. 1 cup of oatmeal in flakes. 2 cups of almond flour. 1/2 cup almond milk (I used regular skim) 1/2 cup of nuts or dried fruit (I chose raisins and dried cranberries, take your pick). 1 tbsp vanilla. 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350, mash the banana until it becomes a puree, mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 5 min. Put balls on trays with anti-adherent paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
