Oat pancakes

Ingredients: 1 whole egg and 2 whites (or 4 whites). 3 tablespoons of oatmeal or oatmeal. Cinnamon to taste. An envelope of Stevia or sweetener. Procedure: Blend everything, put the skillet over medium heat with a spray of coconut oil or grape seed oil and turn until golden brown. You can accompany with Greek yogurt, dried fruit creams, strawberries, red fruits and sugar free syrup.
