Homemade granola

Ingredients: 1 and 1/4 cups rolled oats, 2 tablespoons raw almonds, 2 tablespoons raw hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon pecans, 1 tablespoon walnuts, 2 tablespoons raisins, 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds (optional), 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries, 3 tablespoons of natural or sugar free maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Preparation: 1. Chop the walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans and almonds into small pieces. 2. Put and add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well until you get a sticky mixture. 3.Spread the mixture on the oven tray lined with non-stick paper and separate the large lumps. 4. Bake at 170ºC for about 15 minutes, making sure it doesnt burn as each oven is different and it can take more or less time. 5.When it begins to give off an aroma and begins to brown – be careful, it burns very easily –, take it out and let it cool down completely, because it wont be crispy until it cools down.
