Ingredients: 2 aubergines, 2 diced red peppers, 2 diced yellow peppers, 12 sliced ​​mushrooms, 1 sliced ​​onion, 4 quartered tomatoes, 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary, 1 drizzle of olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, Basil leaves, Salt and pepper. Preparation: Cut the aubergines into slices lengthwise and place them on a grill for a few minutes.
