Healthy and divine companion!! . . Ingredients: 1 whole cauliflower (yes, they say LA cauliflower) 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon grated white cheese Salt and pepper Preparation: Add THE cauliflower to a pot of boiling water. Let cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Once cooked, cut into pieces and place in the blender along with the oil, natural yogurt and cheese. Process until puree consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm and accompany it with meat, chicken or fish, it is delicious!!! Try it and you can do the same with broccoli!! Happy day Health Lovers!! LETS GO LETS GO!!!
