Spinach soup
Perfect for a first course, before your lunch or dinner: EASY HEALTHY RECIPE!! SPINACH SOUP, Perfect for first course, before your lunch or dinner: Ingredients: 6 cups of spinach leaves. 1/2 cup of chopped onion. 1 splash of olive oil. 3 cups of defatted consommé. Procedure: Saute in olive oil the 1/2 cup of chopped onion in a pot. On the other hand, wash the spinach leaves and add them to the fried onion, and cook this for 2 more minutes (onion + spinach). Then you put 3 cups of broth in the pot, and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes. Then you let it cool, blend it, check if it needs salt and/or pepper and READY!!!
