Zucchini and tuna rolls

As a healthy snack, or even lunch or dinner! I hope you like this idea! Ingredients: 1 large zucchini 1 carrot 160 gr of natural tuna 1 egg Preparation: 1. Chop the zucchini into strips, in a pot with water we blanch them for about two minutes, the time necessary for them to be al dente and can be manipulated to the extent that we want to make our rolls. 2. Put the courgettes in a colander to remove all excess water. 3. Grate the carrot and add the well-drained natural tuna, we can use the blender to make it look like a puree. 4. These two ingredients should be a consistent dough. Add the beaten egg to the mixture. 5. We preheat the oven to 250º so that it is ready. 6. We spread the dough on the zucchini sheet and roll them up, fastened with a toothpick. 7. Heat for 10 minutes and voila! Let me know if they do!! LETS GO LETS GO HEALTH LOVERS!!!
