Oats and linseed arepitas
Stuffed with fresh cheese from @laguanota straight from Apure to your plate!! For 4 servings. Ingredients: 1 cup of water 1 ¼ cup rolled oats ½ cup of cornmeal 2 tsp flaxseed Salt to taste . Preparation: Mix the cornmeal with the oatmeal and flaxseed. Add a pinch of salt to the water and stir. Gradually add the mixture of flour and oats, as you stir. When it takes consistency, knead the preparation so that the ingredients mix well. Form four arepas and cook in a pan or budare over medium heat, on both sides.
