Healthy cookies
To give a sweet touch to the weekend Ingredients: 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon orange zest ½ teaspoon ginger powder ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 eggs 2 tbsp olive oil 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract 200 gr of integral flour of your preference (or almond). 200g carrot, peeled and grated 200 grams of raisins 100 grams of oatmeal. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180º Celsius and grease and flour one or two baking trays. Beat the olive oil in a bowl until creamy. While continuing to beat, add stevia, baking powder, cinnamon and orange zest. Add the ginger, nutmeg, eggs and vanilla; beat well and remove the mixer. Wrap the flour, carrot, raisins and oatmeal with the help of a spatula. Form balls of dough the size of a walnut and arrange them on the tray, separated from each other. Bake until cookies are lightly browned, about 20 minutes. LETS GO LETS GO!!!
