Stuffed mushrooms
Recipe for lunch or dinner!! Healthy and different! Ingredients: 9 Large Mushrooms (450g) 1 Chicken breast (200g) 9 dried tomatoes (20g) 1 egg white A little oregano or spices that you like the most Preparation: Put water on to boil. Meanwhile, peel the mushrooms well and remove the tail, so that there is a hole in the center. Put the mushrooms in the water when it is boiling, leaving them only about 5 minutes. Take out and drain. In a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, sauté the dried tomatoes for a couple of minutes and then remove. Chop the garlic, the chicken, the mushroom tails and the sautéed tomatoes. In the same pan add the chopped ingredients. When the chicken begins to cook, add a little oregano or the spices you have chosen. Stir for 2 or 3 minutes without waiting for the meat to brown. Heat the oven to 200º. With a teaspoon, fill the holes in the mushrooms with the mixture. Once you have them on a baking tray, sprinkle them on top with the beaten egg white and oregano. Put them in the oven for about 10 minutes, so they brown a little. Serve hot FROM BEYOND!!!
