Homemade protein shake

Not whey protein?? No problem!! I put together this recipe a few months ago, I thought it appropriate to put it back for my new followers, especially because they are ingredients that are relatively easy to find, I hope you like it! Ingredients: 355 ml of skim milk, lactose-free (or any vegetable milk). 1 ripe banana (no banana/no banana). 50 grams of nuts. 1 cup of Greek yogurt (optional). 3 egg whites (previously boiled). 1/2 cup of ice. . . Preparation: We add the milk in the blender, and incorporate the egg whites, banana, nuts, yogurt and ice. Beat the mixture until it is perfectly smooth. (Approximately 1 minute). AND READY!! Great and natural post workout protein shake!! What do you think??
